AQUATIC BALOON
-GLOBAL WARMING CENTER- -ARCTIC-
90% of Arctic sea ice exists below the water surface. AQUATIC BALLOON is a proposal of a prototype that blends into environment, in order to observe dynamically fluctuating ice under the water surface at fixed points.
Observation of ice under the water gives a new perspective to promote research on global warming. Shape is spheres which has the smallest surface area relative to volume of space is constructed by dividable units. Since it can be constructed anywhere, it will develop to edge of changing Arctic ice area.
